The Induction Program at Aggarwal College is organized annually to warmly welcome new students to the institution. It serves as a bridge between school life and college life, giving students a platform to adjust comfortably and become familiar with the college environment.
The event includes interaction sessions with faculty, administrative heads, alumni, and student representatives. Students are introduced to academic regulations, examination policies, clubs, NSS, NCC, placement cell, and cultural activities of the college.
Motivational talks, performances, campus tours, and interactive Q&A sessions are conducted to make students feel confident and engaged. The program instills a sense of belongingness and pride among new students.
