Aggarwal College Ballabgarh, Faridabad, conducted an impactful Awareness Lecture under the aegis of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to sensitize students and staff about gender equity and the importance of a safe academic environment. This initiative was aimed at informing participants about the legal frameworks surrounding workplace harassment, especially as outlined in the POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) 2013.
